Cancellation is possible minimum 60 days before date of arrival without any costs.
If there is a cancellation between 30 and 59 days before arrival 50 % of the rent is due.
If there is a cancellation less 30 days before arrival 90% of the rent is due.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

From January 1st, 2024 there is a visitors tax of the city of Pirna of € 3,00 per person and night. You will receive the “guest card – mobile” with which you can use public transport in Saxon Switzerland free of charge.

Check in: the apartment is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival
Checkout: the apartment is available until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure

Optional: Parking lot in the close by parking garage for € 6,00 per day

With booking conformation 50 % of the price is payable
